I'm a heavy 50 year old woman and my partner put this together "quite easily" on his own. I've not wanted to fold it up yet so cannot comment on that, but I imagine I'll leave it out as it fits easily in the corner of my living room, and having it out I'm more likely to use it regularly. I find it comfortable (for a bike) and good range of resistance, and the arm pull things are good too, and convenient. Really glad I bought this!
